dataSmarts was founded and is run by me, Nate Valentin. For as long as I can remember I have been solving problems. When I started my career that took the shape of data analysis and technology. Over the years I have leveraged the desire to solve problems into a career as a product developer and technology executive. I like make stuff and solve complex technology problems.

I have worked in many different industries and for various-sized organizations and encountered a lot of the same issues, stereotypes, and mental models over and over again. They are hindering businesses and individuals alike. Sometimes they cannot get out of their own way or maybe they just don't understand how things work. That is why I started dataSmarts. To take what I have learned and share it with others in hope that they don't have to learn it the hard way; but can merely tune into a podcast or read an article or use one of our services or products to solve their problems.
